Phil Longman is Policy Director and Managing Editor at New America’s Open Markets program. He is also a senior editor of Washington Monthly and a lecturer at Johns Hopkins, where he teaches public policy writing and health care policy.
Leah Douglas is a reporter and policy analyst with the Open Markets program, where she researches power consolidation and monopolization in the food and agriculture industry. She is the editor and primary reporter for Food & Power. Her work has appeared in Fortune, Time, Slate, and many food publications.
Christopher Leonard is the author of The Meat Racket: The Secret Takeover of America’s Food Business (Simon & Schuster 2014), which explores the modern American meat system. He is currently writing a book about Koch Industries. He was a national business reporter with The Associated Press and his work has appeared in Fortune, Businessweek, Slate Magazine and The New Republic.
Brian S. Feldman is a Researcher-Reporter with the Open Markets Program at New America. His writing has appeared on BBC Future, Matter, and in the Washington Monthly.
