Claire Kelloway

Claire Kelloway is a senior reporter and researcher with the Open Markets Institute. She is the primary writer for Food & Power, a first-of-its-kind website, providing original reporting and resources on monopoly power and economic concentration in the food system. Her writing on food and agriculture has appeared in Mother Jones, TIME, ProPublica, Civil Eats, The Intercept, and more. Kelloway’s contribution to the Food & Environment Reporting Network’s Farm Bill Fight series won a James Beard Media award.

Kelloway previously worked as a sustainability fellow with Bon Appetit Management Company. She has a BA in political science from Carleton College with a concentration in political economy and sustainable development.
